SHIPPING POLICY
Please check your order carefully when it arrives for damage in transit. Your order is usually processed within 3-4 business days with an additional 3-5 business days for transit time depending on Ship To Address, availability and stock status. Larger equipment and custom items usually ship within 2-4 weeks. Please remember that shipping times do not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please check the product page for any additional information about shipping times.
Orders shipping by ground service (FedEx, UPS, etc) may be left at the front door or entrance if the business is closed or no one answers the door, at the delivery driver’s discretion.
Orders shipping by motor freight service (FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Old Dominion, etc.) require a signature and must be met by someone able to inspect, receive and sign for the shipment. If damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. CLAIMS CANNOT BE FILED UNLESS NOTED ON THE PAPERWORK.
Damage not noted on the delivery receipt will not be covered by RAGE Fitness or the freight company.
RAGE Fitness ships products via FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), and various freight carriers.
Please see the FedEx Ground Transportation map for accurate transit times to your location. This map is based from our warehouse in Denver, CO 80239. If you wish to receive your product faster than what standard ground shipping offers, please select an expedited shipping method. Please note that the day the order leaves our warehouse does not count as a day in your shipping transit time. (Example: if you live in Georgia and your order leaves our warehouse on a Monday your order should arrive on Thursday.)

CUSTOM ORDERS
No cancellations for custom orders, after the order has been processed. We also do not accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders.
WARRANTY
RAGE FITNESS EQUIPMENT (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GRIPS) IS GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE DATE AGAINST FAULTY MANUFACTURING OR DEFECTS IN MATERIAL. THE SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR, AT ITS OPTION, REPLACE AT ITS EXPENSE ANY DEFECTIVE PART OR PARTS. MATERIAL CLAIMED DEFECTIVE MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID TO US FOR EXAMINATION, IF REQUESTED. DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTREME USAGE WILL NOT BE COVERED AS IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE DEFECTIVE MATERIAL OR FAULTY WORKMANSHIP.
CALIFORNIA PROP 65
The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also referred to as Proposition 65, is a California initiative to address concerns regarding exposure to toxic chemicals. Proposition 65 requires warning labels on products that contains certain levels of the 850+ elements that the California Air Resources Board considers a carcinogen or a reproductive toxicant. These elements include lead, brass, PVC, and a multitude of other everyday products such as leather, vinyl, ceramics, wood furniture, anything with a battery and even food products such as coffee and tuna.
The general Proposition 65 notice is: WARNING:You have purchased an item that contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
